Brief & Discovery
Every great packaging project starts with the right brief. We sit down with you — in person or via video — to understand your brand, product specifications, volume requirements, shelf environment, and budget. Our consultants ask the questions most clients haven't thought of yet.
What we capture: brand guidelines, product dimensions & weight, quantity, target market, compliance needs, timeline.
Creative Concept
Our in-house designers translate your brief into 2–3 distinct concept directions — covering structure, material palette, graphic layout, typography hierarchy, and surface finish recommendations. You pick the direction that fits your vision, and we refine it.
Deliverables: mood boards, structural sketches, graphic layout mockups, material suggestions.
Structural Design & Dieline
We engineer the exact structural dieline for your packaging — accounting for product dimensions, wall thickness, stacking loads, retail peg-hole requirements, and ease of assembly. Full CAD files and technical drawings are provided upon completion.
Deliverables: CAD dieline file, technical spec sheet, 3D digital mockup for approval.
Material & Finish Selection
With structure approved, we guide you through our library of 30+ substrates and 15+ premium surface treatments. Our physical sample kits let you feel the difference between soft-touch laminate, hot foil, and spot UV before committing to a finish.
Options: kraft, coated duplex, metallic board, rigid greyboard, biodegradable films, recycled materials.
Prototype & Sampling
Before any full production run, we manufacture physical prototypes — printed, finished, and assembled exactly as the final product will be. Hold it, fill it with your product, photograph it. We iterate until every detail is exactly right.
Turnaround: structural proofs in 5–7 days, printed samples in 10–14 days depending on complexity.
Production & Global Delivery
With your signed-off approval, we go into full production. Our global factory network delivers consistently across runs of 500 to 5 million units. We handle customs documentation, consolidation, and last-mile delivery to your warehouse door.
Standard lead times: 15–25 working days from approval. Expedited options available.
