3. Quotes & Orders
All pricing provided through quote requests is an estimate and is subject to confirmation based on final specifications, quantities, and material availability. A binding order is only created upon our written acceptance of your purchase order and receipt of any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tardigrade Packaging or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. When you provide us with artwork, logos, or designs for custom packaging, you represent that you own or have the right to use such materials.
5. Custom Design & Proofs
For custom packaging orders, we will provide digital proofs for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to review and approve all proofs carefully. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or issues that were present in the approved proof. Production will not commence until written approval is received.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or purchase agreement. We typically require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due prior to or upon delivery. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, though changes will not affect confirmed orders.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, supplier availability, and shipping carrier performance. Tardigrade Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tardigrade Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We warrant that our products will substantially conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
